  • Assignment to Editor: Editors are chosen based on their expertise and contacted to confirm their availability.
  • Peer Review: Editors assign qualified reviewers. JHP provides at least three reviewers for a balanced review.
  • Decision Making: Based on reviewers' reports and the editor's assessment, decisions are made and communicated to authors. Decisions may include acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection.
  • Publication: Accepted manuscripts are formatted and published online, accessible to the global academic community.
