Aims and Scope

International Journal of Structural Biology (IJSB) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that covers a broad spectrum of structural biology topics. It focuses on publishing original research covering all areas of structural biology to promote the understanding of protein and nucleic acid architecture, and conformational changes in the cell. IJSB publishes timely and comprehensive articles related to the application of various techniques, including X-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electron microscopy, and hybrid methods of structural studies.

International Journal of Structural Biology is dedicated to discussing the latest advances in structural biology research. The journal covers wide-ranging topics including molecular structures, molecular design, drug design, and the structure and function of cell organelles and the three-dimensional organization of proteins. As a peer-reviewed journal, we strive to publish papers with the highest quality standards across a wide variety of topics.

The aim of the IJSB is to provide an international platform for scientists to communicate and share the latest advances in structural biology, enabling researchers to evaluate the latest research and technological developments in the field. The journal focuses on fostering collaboration between researchers from different disciplines and backgrounds and encourages interdisciplinary studies that can contribute to the development of new methods in structural biology.

The scope of the International Journal of Structural Biology(IJSB) includes original research articles, review articles, mini-reviews, and case studies that cover all aspects of structural biology, including molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, and genetics. The journal also publishes editorials, commentaries, and opinion pieces that explore wider implications and ramifications of the latest research in the field and provide a platform for the dissemination of research in the field of structural biology, enabling researchers to stay informed of the latest advancements and developments.

IJSB accepts contributions in the form of Original Research, Review, Literature review, Conference proceedings, Case reports, Short communication, Thesis, Letters to the editor, and Editorials dealing with the structural analysis of living material at every level of organization by all methods for better understanding of biological function in terms of molecular and supermolecular structure.
