Aims and Scope

Journal of Proteomics and Genomics Research (JPGR) is a multidisciplinary open access journal created to provide a platform for researchers from across the world to share their original scientific research and review articles pertaining to the diverse fields of proteomics and genomics research. JPGR seeks to promote the study of these fields in scientific research and contribute to their advancement.

We invite researchers, scientists, and clinicians to submit their original works to the Journal of Proteomics and Genomics Research. We are especially interested in research related to the following topics:

1. protein purification and analysis;

2. nucleic acid isolation and characterization;

3. gene expression analysis and control;

4. development of new technologies for proteomics and genomics research;

5. integration of proteomics and genomics with other disciplines such as bioinformatics and systems biology;

6. and new drug discovery, diagnostics, and therapeutics. We also consider reviews that focus on current advances in proteomics and genomics research.

JPGR focusing on the structural and functional aspects of proteins and gene-associated products. It is a reliable source of information for all researchers and practitioners engaged in the development of both proteomic and genomic technologies. The journal covers all topics related to protein- and gene-level research including, but not limited to, molecular structure, gene expression, biochemistry, biophysics, functional genomics and tissue engineering.
